1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Ascendo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Ascendo is
Ascendo is an independent practice platform for Salesforce certification exams — practice questions, mock exams, an AI tutor, and progress tracking. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Salesforce.com, Inc. Salesforce is a registered trademark of Salesforce.com, Inc. Completing content on Ascendo does not guarantee you will pass any official certification exam.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You must be old enough to legally agree to these terms in your country of residence to create an account.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some content requires a paid Premium subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or a one-time single-certification purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. Single-certification purchases are one-time and grant permanent access to that certification's content. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Don't share your account, scrape or bulk-export our question content, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use Ascendo in any way that disrupts it for other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All practice questions, explanations, and other content on Ascendo are our property or licensed to us, and are provided for your personal, non-commercial study use only.
7. AI tutor
The AI tutor generates explanations automatically and may occasionally be incomplete or incorrect. It's a study aid, not a substitute for official Salesforce documentation or professional advice.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Ascendo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including exam results.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use Ascendo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
